Booking and Cancellation conditions

10% of the price of the booking is non refundable (administrative & booking costs).

If guests cancel 7 days (or earlier) prior to the booked activity, they will receive a refund of their booking (minus the 10% of non-refundable fees).

Cancellation protection can be purchased during the booking: Cancel at least 48 hours before your start time for a refund of your booking. Without Cancellation Protection you have to cancel 7 days before your start time.

If cancellation is due to weather/lack of snow, activities will be reimbursed, except for 10% of the non-refundable fees.
